Jour beroende

Det är viktigt att hålla isär arbetad tid och ersättning. All arbetad tid ska registreras men olika typer av arbete genererar olika ersättningar. Grunden för vilka ersättningar som lämnas vid olika typer av arbete finns i Allmänna bestämmelser, läkarnas specialbestämmelser samt i lokala kollektivavtal.

Ett exempel på detta är övertidsarbete, där all övertid ska registreras oavsett om du som individ har rätt till övertidskompensation eller inte, eftersom du inte får arbeta mer övertid per år än vad som följer av svensk lag och EU-rätt.

Ytterligare ett exempel på detta är att all jourtid, inte enbart den aktiva tiden, ska registreras som arbetad tid, oavsett om aktiv kontra bunden (passiv) tid genererar olika ersättningar. Med andra ord – separera tid och pengar! Tänk också på att hålla isär de olika arbetstidsbegreppen såsom ordinarie arbetstid, jourtid, aktiv beredskapstid och övertid. Jourarbete räknas alltid som arbetad tid oavsett aktivt arbete eller passiv tid. Beredskap räknas som arbetad tid endast vid aktivt arbete och inte vid passiv tid.
