Välkommen till Elements Spa, ett modernt spa mitt på Södermalm i Stockholm. Här finner du ett brett utbud av behandlingar för ansikte och kropp, en relaxpool (in- & utomhusdel) med en slående utsikt över trädtopparna samt ång- och torrbastu. Om du vill kan du inleda vistelsen med ett besök i vårt gym. Det ingår lån av morgonrock, tofflor och handduk och vi bjuder även på te och frukt. I vår Spabar finns allt från matiga rätter till snacks, hälsodrinkar och alkoholhaltiga drycker.
Vid fint väder har du även tillgång till vår solterrass i perfekt söderläge. En extra lugn upplevelse får du hos oss under onsdag och torsdag. Under fredag till söndag är det generellt fler gäster på Elements Spa och ljudnivån kan vara något högre.

A hotel with an excellent location
Marvel at the unique location in the spa town of Świeradów-Zdrój. A spa hotel with an outdoor pool surrounded by the atmospheric scenery of the Jizera Mountains, with an excellent location close to the attractions in the area, you will find a place where you can fully relax. Elements Hotel & Spa has been created with attention to detail, consisting of three wings that form degree angles between each other, allowing you to enjoy an unusual mountain view from almost every room. The façade refers to the traditional architectural elements of the region , a combination of wood, stone, light concrete and glass. All of this makes the building fit fully into the unique landscape of the picturesque village in the Sudeten Mountains.

Welcome to Elements Spa, a modern spa right in the centre of Södermalm in Stockholm. We offer a wide range of face and body treatments, a relaxation pool (with an indoor and an outdoor area) with stunning treetop views, and steam and dry saunas. Feel free to start your visit with a session in our gym. This includes use of a bathrobe, slippers, and towel, as well as complimentary tea and fruit. Our Spa Bar serves everything from filling mains to snacks, healthy drinks, and alcoholic beverages.
When the weather allows, you will also be able to enjoy our sunny, south-facing terrace. For extra peace and quiet we recommend that you visit us between Monday and Thursday. Elements Spa tends to be a little busier from Friday to Sunday, which can result in slightly higher noise levels.
